Camera

  • Non-flash, still cameras may be used to take pictures at Scheels Arena Events.  Camera lenses greater than four inches in length are prohibited.
  • Tripods and other photography equipment may not be used without an arena issued Media Credential.  The team / event producer reserves the right to deny camera entry at any time before, during, or after an event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed to be unacceptable.

Code of Conduct

  • The Fargo Force and Scheels Arena promote good sportsmanship by athletes, coaches, and spectators.  We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner.
  • Profanity, racial, or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, athletes, coaches, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the arena.

Entry Policy

All patrons require a valid ticket, pass, or appropriate credentials to gain access to the facility.  Patrons are subject to a reasonable search and inspections of any bags, containers, or packages being brought into the building. Reasonable search may include a body frisk in some circumstances. This is for the safety of all patrons. Patrons are given the right to refuse searches, but will not be allowed into the facility. Once you are admitted into Scheels Arena, there is no re-admittance if you choose to leave.

Parking

SCHEELS Arena offers free parking for all Fargo Force games and most concerts and events (effective September 1, 2024). This complimentary parking is designed to alleviate the hassle of finding and paying for parking, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.

Parking typically opens up two hours before each event, giving you ample time to arrive, park, and make your way to your seats without rushing. In the case of certain specialty events where a parking fee may be required, rest assured that this information will be clearly advertised in advance, so there are no surprises. VIP Parking and Suite Parking lots/spaces will still be enforced & you must have the required parking pass to use those areas.
