SCHEELS Arena is excited to announce the 2nd annual SHOP THE LOT, an outdoor marketplace event that will be held in the arena’s main parking lot on Sunday, July 26th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This is a FREE family-friendly community event that will showcase a mix of local vendors, boutiques, food trucks, handmade goods, vintage finds, and more. Whether you're hunting for unique gifts, one-of-a-kind treasures, or just looking for a fun day out with the family, SHOP THE LOT promises something for everyone.

Please note that all applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and are not automatically approved. Each submission is carefully evaluated by our team to ensure the best fit for the event.

If your application is accepted, your booth payment will be processed, and a member of our team will reach out via email to confirm your approval and next steps.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome at Shop The Lot, but remain the responsibility of their owners. If you plan to bring a pet, please make sure they are well-behaved and that you clean up after them.

Any pets that damage vendor items or whose waste is not properly handled may result in the owner being asked to leave the premises.

Our goal is to keep this event safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, including your furry friends! 🐾

INCLEMENT WEATHER

This event is a RAIN OR SHINE event. In the event of severe weather, the event will be rescheduled to a later date.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol is not permitted to be sold at this event.

VENDOR SETUP

Vendor setup will take place the morning of the event from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

ELECTRICITY

Vendors are responsible for providing their own electricity, as Scheels Arena will not be supplying power.

VENDOR TENTS AND TABLES

Vendors should plan to bring their own tables, tents, and anything else they need for a successful setup.
