FAQS
Animal Policy
Certified service animals and service animals-in-training are welcome within Scheels Arena. All other animals are prohibited except at specifically approved events.
Bag Policy
All attendees must undergo a search of their person and belongings before entering Scheels Arena. We ask that guests have bags ready to be opened and inspected.
Bag requirements:

Scheels Arena security staff may ask you to rearrange or remove items from your bag. Bags and purses are subject to inspection upon entry to Scheels Arena and at any time while inside by arena staff.
Cashless Policy
SCHEELS Arena uses a cashless payment system during Fargo Force games and all other SCHEELS Arena concerts and events. This change applies to the following locations within SCHEELS Arena: the box office, concession stands, bar stands, and the Fargo Force store. The 50/50 raffle, chuck-a-puck, and some third-party vendors (dependent on their discretion) will accept cash. This policy aims to streamline transactions, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall guest experience. We encourage patrons to come prepared with credit or debit cards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this important transition.
Parking
SCHEELS Arena offers free parking for all Fargo Force games and most concerts and events. This complimentary parking is designed to alleviate the hassle of finding and paying for parking, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
Parking typically opens up two hours before each event, giving you ample time to arrive, park, and make your way to your seats without rushing. In the case of certain specialty events where a parking fee may be required, rest assured that this information will be clearly advertised in advance, so there are no surprises. VIP Parking and Suite Parking lots/spaces will still be enforced & you must have the required parking pass to use those areas.
