Cashless Payment System
SCHEELS Arena uses a cashless payment system during Fargo Force games and all other SCHEELS Arena concerts and events. This change applies to the following locations within SCHEELS Arena: the box office, concession stands, bar stands, and the Fargo Force store. The 50/50 raffle, chuck-a-puck, and some third-party vendors (dependent on their discretion) will accept cash. This policy aims to streamline transactions, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall guest experience. We encourage patrons to come prepared with credit or debit cards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this important transition.

Entry Policy
All patrons require a valid ticket, pass, or appropriate credentials to gain access to the facility. Patrons are subject to a reasonable search and inspections on any bags, containers, or packages being brought into the building. Reasonable search may include a body frisk in some circumstances. This is for the safety of all patrons. Patrons are given the right to refuse searches but will not be allowed into the facility. Once you are admitted into Scheels Arena, there is no re-admittance if you choose to leave.
Parking
SCHEELS Arena offers free parking for all Fargo Force games and most concerts and events (effective September 1, 2024). This complimentary parking is designed to alleviate the hassle of finding and paying for parking, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
Parking typically opens up two hours before each event, giving you ample time to arrive, park, and make your way to your seats without rushing. In the case of certain specialty events where a parking fee may be required, rest assured that this information will be clearly advertised in advance, so there are no surprises. VIP Parking and Suite Parking lots/spaces will still be enforced & you must have the required parking pass to use those areas.
