Gold-n-Motion is a family entertainment show featuring all of American Gold Gymnastics' team athletes! This includes all of the levels of Acro Teams, including our nationally renowned FM Acro Team. Gold-n-Motion also features our AGG Competitive teams, including girls and boys from our developmental teams through our Level 10 national competitors. The show will also showcase our XCEL teams.
The show typically runs about 90 minutes with lots of great music and fast action, with all levels of gymnastics skills.
