SCHEELS arena is proud to announce that Collective Soul will be making a stop in Fargo on July 23, 2024.  The iconic rock group will be playing a full concert at SCHEELS arena and tickets will be on sale this Thursday, May 9, at 10:00am CST through the SCHEELS arena box office or through Ticketmaster.com.

Hailing from Atlanta Georgia, Collective Soul is Celebrating their 30th Anniversary! With 11 studio albums and 8 #1 Hits under their belt, frontman and chief songwriter Ed Roland is unwaveringly driven in his desire to double down on doing more of what he does best – making music, sweet music, both in the studio and onstage. Seeing eye to eye, and ear to ear, is part of the secret sauce of why Collective Soul continues to both record and play together at an uncompromised level of high quality. With electrifying newer material that accompanies the everlasting Collective Soul classic hits like “Shine,” “December,” “The World I Know,” “Heavy,” and “Where The River Flows,” these five fiery rockers are only just getting started with the next phase of their thriving career that has moved millions of records and wow multitudes of fans across the globe. Their highly anticipated forthcoming double album, HERE TO ETERNITY is due out May 17 on their label, Fuzze-Flex Records distributed physically by AMPED Distribution and digitally by Virgin Music Group. It includes 20 brand new songs which will be available everywhere on digital stores and streaming partners (including a Dolby ATMOS version), as a single disc CD, and as a limited-edition double-disc colored vinyl. Pre-orders of the album are available now on all digital outlets, while the lyric video for the first single “Mother’s Love”--created by LyricVids Media--can be now seen on their official YouTube here

Collective Soul will be joined by special guest band Strange Daze.

Minneapolis, MN’s modern rock band Strange Daze released its 1st National album, Shine Through, on November 11, 2013, via Rock Ridge Music LLC/ Warner. Shine Through is an anthemic collection of modern rock forged in fiery emotional urgency. Re-released by Pavement/Sony/Red in 2016. New Self-Titled album was released in June of 2022.

The band’s fateful career moment came when engineer/producer Brian Johnson—who helmed the sessions for the band’s first two albums—passed along a CD to .38 Special keyboardist Bobby Capps, who now manages the band.  Impressed, Capps shared it with 3 Doors Down guitarist Chris Henderson, his partner in Nashville, TN-based Rivergate Studios. Capps immediately signed on to produce Strange Daze with Henderson’s and Johnson’s help.

Says Henderson of Strange Daze:  “They’re a refreshing band! Love the vibe and the songwriting. Scott's vocals are very powerful.”  Capps concurs, adding, “Strange Daze was a pleasant surprise in the studio! It's been a while since I've come across a band that has such a tight grip on straightforward rock music. Lyrically and musically, they do not try to over complicate the listener. They are a truly talented band and prove it live every time they hit the stage.”
